Want to truly discover the entire journey of the Melinda apple? This experience takes you on a complete journey , from the processing rooms to the heart of the mountain. Accompanied by expert guides, you'll visit the processing and packaging rooms of a Consortium cooperative, for a close-up look at the selection, production processes, and packaging of the apples. This will be followed by a small tasting of several Melinda apple varieties to recognize their different flavors and textures. The journey continues in the Rio Maggiore Mine , where you'll discover the spectacular underground chambers : 300 meters underground, the apples rest in a natural environment, in the heart of the mountain.

• Reservations are required to participate in the guided tour; • The ticket is nominative and non-transferable and is valid exclusively for the date and time selected at the time of purchase; • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to complete the welcome procedures; • The itinerary takes place partly in an active work environment : it is required to respect the instructions provided by the guide; • The underground cells are closed and underground environments : those who suffer from claustrophobia or have disorders incompatible with underground environments may experience discomfort; • During the visit you walk approximately 1 kilometer on slightly sloping terrain; • The internal temperature is constant and low (around 10–12°C ): it is advisable to wear a jacket, long trousers and closed shoes ; • Personal protective equipment (helmet and high-visibility vest) will be provided, the use of which is mandatory for the entire duration of the tour; • To improve the visit experience , headphones will be provided through which to listen to the guide's voice during the tour; • Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult; • Strollers and prams are not permitted in the interior spaces. For non-walkers, the use of baby carriers or baby carriers is recommended; • Animals are not permitted in the production areas or underground cells; • To reach the entrance to the cells, there is a short five-minute bus ride ; • On Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holidays, the Apple Cableway is not in operation, but can still be visited.
